The biggest tournament in college basketball is back! As you get ready to watch the games, be sure that you have the right snacks and appetizers. Check out this delicious, tangy, yet creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe for all your game-watching festivities. Here’s what you’ll need to get started.

Ingredients:

2 cans chunk chicken

2 packages cream cheese

1 cup Ranch dressing

3/4 cup pepper sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bunch celery

Before you start cooking, make sure all the food is prepped. Be sure to drain the chicken, wash and cut the celery (four-inch pieces), and leave the cream cheese out long enough to soften. After all the food has been prepped you’re ready to start. In a large skillet, start by heating the chicken with the hot sauce. One thoroughly heated, add in the cream cheese and the ranch dressing. Continue to stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and are heated. Next, add in ¾ cup of the Cheddar cheese and let it melt into the other ingredients. Once melted, it’s time to transfer the mixture over to a slow cooker. Add in the remaining cheese and cover until the dip is hot and bubbly.

When ready to serve, be sure to pair it with your favorite snacks from crackers to chips to breads.
